It is unlawful to smuggle or otherwise pass any item of contraband to any inmate, over any fence or into any enclosure. Violators will be arrested and prosecuted.

Contraband is any item forbidden by or not specifically authorized by detention center rules, any excessive property or property which has been altered from its original condition or converted to another use such as weapons, drugs and cigarettes.

All visitors entering this facility are subject to thorough search and/or temporary detention.
