On 09-21-2015 detectives with the Carteret County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of the Morehead City Police Department Narcotics Unit, executed a search warrant at a residence located at 665 E. Chatham Street, lot 5, Green Hills MHP in Newport.
During the search detectives located and seized 2 handguns, over 150 bags of heroin packaged for sale, 70 grams of unpackaged heroin, 32 grams of cocaine and crack cocaine, 6 ½ ounces of marijuana, 9 ½ Opana 40mg pills, 5 adderall pills, 10 suboxone strips and $2,478.00 cash. As detectives were entering the residence, suspect Marcel Winston Lesesne attempted to flee by diving through a closed window and then ran to the rear of the residence where he was taken into custody by detectives.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
LESESNE was also charged with Resist Obstruct and Delay, for jumping through a closed window and running away.
